Whether it’s Yoga or a Fitness class, we are connecting body with breath to regulate your nervous system, focus on balance and posture, and isolate muscles to build strength. My passion is to show everyone how important stretching and releasing tension in your muscles is, in a science-based but also holistic way. I want you to come for the stretch but stay for the vibe.
