BOX + BURN

View Schedule

Our signature SPAR FITNESS class! Energizing music and low lighting, this BOX TO THE BEAT class will leave you feeling pumped up. A full body workout with a focus on toning and strengthening lower body + core. This is our tried and true FIGHT CLUB meets NIGHT CLUB high intensity class. Accessible for all fitness levels.


BOX x BUILD

A half BOXING and half STRENGTH circuit designed to give you a full body workout every class. We utilize the whole studio including gloves and weights. With work on the bag and on the training floor, this one will make you sweat! **Accessible for all fitness levels, however. we do recommend taking at least one BOX + BURN class prior, if you are a newcomer to boxing**


SCULPT + LIFT

Grab your weights and bands - get stronger and toned! This total body strength training workout uses a variety of equipment and training methods to build a strong foundation. The music will fuel your fire and our trainers will encourage you to continually progress, so you walk out of class feeling powerful. This class is non boxing.


MAT SCULPT

A Pilates-inspired mat class designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body. Using resistance bands, light weights, and bodyweight exercises, this full-body session blends controlled movement with mindful intensity to build strength, improve stability, and fire up your core. Expect deep muscle engagement, a serious core burn, and the perfect complement to your boxing or strength training routine.


FLOW + UNWIND

Reconnect with yourself in this unique yoga experience blending breath-work, movement and meditation. Designed to complement SPAR's high-intensity training, this class helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance mind-body awareness. Each session begins with a grounding somatic check-in and breath-work to create calm, followed by a strength-building yoga flow. This class ends with an extended Savasana and guided meditation to leave you feeling balanced, restored, and reconnected.
